Stone Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. Stone Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Stone Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability, or delivery limitations.
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submission. After acceptance, cancellation may not be possible.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to return, exchange, or refund only in accordance with our Refund Policy: [LINK]. Perfume products are final sale and non-returnable, subject only to the limited exceptions expressly set out in these Terms and the Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export unless expressly agreed in writing by Stone Studio.
SECTION 3A – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PERFUME PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene, health, and product safety reasons, all perfume products sold by Stone Studio are final sale and non-returnable. Perfume products are supplied sealed, and once opened, cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for perfume products, including but not limited to cases of:

change of mind;

dissatisfaction with scent or performance;

personal preference;

allergic reaction or sensitivity; or
-
minor packaging differences.
Limited Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery;

An incorrect product was supplied; or
-
A manufacturing defect is verified by Stone Studio.
Conditions

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photo and/or video evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label is required.

The product must be unused and unopened, except where damage occurred during shipping.

Stone Studio reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a claim is valid.
Where a claim is approved, Stone Studio may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as required by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery fees, duties, customs charges, or applicable taxes. These may be added at checkout or collected separately by authorities or shipping carriers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update such information when necessary.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, inaccurate address details, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees and any additional charges.
If a shipment appears damaged, leaking, or tampered with upon delivery, you must document the condition immediately and notify us within the timeframe stated in Section 3A. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the claim.

All content and materials available through the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, video, and audio, are owned by Stone Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
