Return & Refund Policy (Stone Studio)

Overview
Due to hygiene, health, and product safety reasons, Stone Studio does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for perfume products. All perfume products are final sale, subject only to the limited exceptions set out below.
By placing an order with Stone Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Returns
We do not have a general return period.
Perfume products cannot be returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

change of mind
-
dissatisfaction with scent or performance;
-
personal preference;
-
allergic reaction or sensitivity;
-
items that have been opened, used, or tested; or
-
minor packaging variations that do not affect the product.
Perfume products are supplied sealed, and once opened, cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damages and Issues (Limited Exceptions)
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
We may consider a replacement, store credit, or refund only if:

the product is damaged or leaking upon delivery;
-
you received the wrong product; or
-
there is a manufacturing defect, verified by Stone Studio.
Conditions for Claims

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing:
-
the product,
-
the original packaging, and
-
the shipping label.

The product must be unused and unopened, except where damage occurred during shipping.

Claims reported after 48 hours may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

all perfume products (except as stated above);
-
opened or used products;
-
sale or promotional items;
-
gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for perfume products.
If a claim under the “Damages and Issues” section is approved, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement for the same product.
International Orders & EU Customers
Stone Studio is based in the State of Kuwait.
If an order is shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to perfume products once they are sealed and supplied, due to hygiene and health protection reasons, as permitted under EU consumer law.
Refunds (If Approved)
If your claim is approved:

refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval;
-
processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
